We are writing to inform you that Value Plus Storage has recently undergone a change in ownership, with Brad Kellogg now taking the helm as the new owner.

While ownership has transitioned, our commitment to providing excellent customer service and secure storage solutions remains unwavering. You can continue to access your storage unit as usual, and all existing rental agreements will remain in effect.

For those of you paying via credit card (preferred payment method), that process will remain the same. If you are most comfortable mailing payment please mail the check to:

Note Regarding Cannabis
Cannabis is still a federally controlled/illegal substance, a perishable substance, AND VPS UNITS ARE NOT OMMA COMPLIANT STORAGE FACILITIES.   
Section 8 of the lease contract states that: Occupant agrees not to live in the storage space, sell out of, hangout in, or use the space for any illegal purpose. Occupant agrees not to store flammables, stolen property, perishables, guns, ammunition, anything alive or dead. 
Section 16 of the lease contract states that: VPS’s Right to Enter (No Default): Occupant grants VPS and/or representatives of any governmental authority, including police and fire officials, access to the Unit upon one (1) calendar day advance notice to Occupant for non-emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, suspected illegal use of the Unit, or structural/mechanical repair to the building, VPS and/or representatives of governmental authority shall have the right to enter the premises without notice to Occupant, and take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate to preserve the premises, to comply with applicable law, to enforce VPS’s rights or to protect the safety, health, and welfare of others and other’s stored property. 
Any units suspected to store cannabis will be cut locked and searched. Any units found with cannabis, or any other illegal materials, will have those materials confiscated by authorities and the renter be immediately evicted. If you are not in agreement with this notice, please do not lease a unit with VPS.
